Join the DFC and be a part of this unprecedented advocacy initiative for the UK independent documentary film industry. There are three tiers of subscription to the DFC: Basic (free), Ally (£12 per year) and Member (£24 per year). We’ve kept our subscription rates as low as possible to ensure everyone can participate. If you can afford it, please show your solidarity by using our ‘pay what you can’ option.

Sign-up to receive our newsletter, add your profile to the DFC's Talent Directory (only if you are UK based) and access the free resources.
Ally
For £12 a year (£1 per month!) you get access to a variety of incentives and benefits including discounted passes to festivals, subscriptions to streaming platforms (TBC!), and access to resources and events. If you represent an organisation, please use our ‘pay what you can’ option. This tier is available to both UK and non-UK based residents.
Member
Become a voting Member of the DFC co-operative for just £24 per year. You'll help shape the DFC's strategic priorities, elect its board (or stand for election) and will be invited to Member-only General Meetings. You can also propose and lead DFC committees. This option is for UK based residents only and involves an extra level of commitment and responsibility as you will become one of the joint owners of the DFC.
