Dave Brewis is a filmmaker and producer of TV documentary, factual and institutional video. Most recently known for the 6 x 30 minute TV documentary series ‘Gatherings’ featuring Britain’s most enduring annual customs and ancient traditions – currently broadcast on Apple TV and Amazon Prime (UK/US/Canada and Australia).  www.gatherings.tv

Dave runs the small independent production company TEN80 – a highly equipped team of experienced pros with a passion for creating compelling video, TV and digital marketing content. TEN80 is based in the North East of England.

Dave’s work is artistically shot, features extraordinary interviews and contains all the building blocks necessary for storytelling across short-form and long-form documentary/factual. Passion for folklore, seasonal events, community and art. Filmed over 120 customs since 2006 and built extensive archive – primarily from UK and France. Fluent french speaker. Ran TV production services company out of Paris for 14 years. Documentary nut!
