I’m the Director of Training Programmes at The Grierson Trust (job title drop down menu didn’t have that option), and came into the screen industries by chance starting off as a volunteer at a film festival.

Based in Birmingham, my remit involves developing and extending the Trust’s profile and support of new voices for the documentary genre and providing training opportunities for under-represented groups in the sector.  I work closely with production companies, broadcasters and other screen industry bodies.
