David is equally at home editing drama and documentaries. His recent factual work includes TELL ME WHO I AM (Netflix), AFRICAN APOCALYPSE (BBC) and THE REASON I JUMP (MetFilms). In fiction he won a BAFTA and a RTS for I AM RUTH on Channel 4 and a Czech Lion for THE YEAR OF THE DEVIL. He frequently works as a consultant to help compete films like VIRUNGA or THE CAPOTE TAPES, and occasionally as an editor director producing IT TAKES A FLOOD and THE STORY OF US for ITV. His real passion though is working alongside a director from inception of a project to its final incarnation. He seeks to be a loyal but probing creative partner.
