Award winning writer, director, producer and executive for the cinema and TV (BBC, ITV & C4).
I produced the Oscar Shortlisted, BAFTA & Emmy Nominated, feature film “Mugabe and the White African” and was Founder Committee member of the Sheffield Documentary Festival. I am also a trainer, and was lecturer at University of Reading and UWE. Other occasional lecturing included: the RCA, NFTS, Manchester, Warwick, Falmouth & Bournemouth Universities, & Swedish Film Institute, and Cheltenham Literary Festival. As a founding committee member of the Sheffield Documentary Festival, I regularly produced and took part in sessions there for many years and have taken part on industry panels at IDFA, Cannes, Edinburgh & MIDOC etc. BAFTA Nominated and won many awards e.g. Grierson, FIPA, & the Royal Television Society. I have run training schemes  at the BBC, Independent Training Fund, Skillset etc.

In 2024 completing, as director, the cinema documentary ‘The Last Kings Of Soho’.
