With a deep curiosity in the change-catalysing properties of culture and storytelling, I am currently wrapping up a Clore Fellowship in cultural leadership.

I have senior expertise bridging the worlds of documentary and non-profits. I was the Director of Impact & Partnerships at Doc Society for 5.5 years, where I initiated, led and grew many of the organisation’s key partnerships and projects. There, I helped establish the Climate Story Fund, enabling a slate of over 25 non-fiction projects.

The first 15 years of my career were spent producing documentaries and factual television. I then moved into strategic communications, leading projects for prominent NGOs. Integrating this breadth of experience enabled me to return to storytelling with an invigorated perspective in its potential. Since then, I’ve continued to explore & embrace opportunities to optimise the power of narrative.

I teach at the pan European initiative, Documentary Campus and am a qualified yoga teacher and coach.
