Keith Farrell, is an four time IFTA nominated, multi-award winning writer and director. He has made a host of Specialist Factual documentaries for broadcasters in the US, Europe and UK. His first feature docudrama “A Terrible Beauty…” premiered in the Dublin Film Festival, was nominated for three IFTA’s winning one & was described by one reviewer as “The Rocky Horror Picture Show for the history set.” Make of that what you will. This was followed up with his second feature documentary, the concert film “Death or Liberty” with Billy Bragg, which was financed (deep breath) by ABC/Screen Australia/Screen Tasmania/S4C/Sound and Vision funding and TG4.
Keith directed his debut narrative feature film, “Wait for Me” which was released in 2023. He recently wrote and directed the CnM Sound and Vision funded documentary series Tráma for TG4.
