Orban Wallace is a passionate and sensitive documentary director, producer and co-founder of Gallivant Film. Orban’s feature debut ANOTHER NEWS STORY turned the cameras on the journalists reporting the 2015 refugee crisis. It premiered at Karlovy Vary and was shortlisted for the best international feature in the 2018 Grierson awards. Orban produced the short EVE, an intimate story of a 9 year old girl called Eve, living in one of the oldest off-grid communities in the UK while navigating the environmental crisis.The film was funded and supported by the BFI Doc Society and released on The Guardian. Orban is in post-production on his 2nd feature documentary ROBIN, produced by Kat Mansoor and Exec’d by Orlando Von Einsiedel, which was selected for the IDFA Forum. OUR LAND also supported by BFI Doc society will be Orban’s third feature doc. Previously he was also selected for the BIFA SPRINGBOARD 2020, BAFTA Crew
