Riccardo Servini
Riccardo directed and edited feature documentary ‘A Space in Time’ (2021) with Nick Taussig, to raise awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The film was theatrically released and nominated for “Best Single Documentary” at the Grierson’s. He also directed and edited documentary ‘Dwarf Story’ (2024) exploring the repercussions of certain treatments on the rise for children with achondroplasia. The film has won multiple awards on the festival circuit. A a cutdown of the film aired on ITV.
He edited BAFTA Cymru nominated Apple TV + Original documentary Charlie Mackesy: The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, the Horse and Me and is an associate producer on Romanian feature documentary Anatomy of Ordinary Crimes currently on the festival circuit.
His work has been described as intimate, sensitive and insightful and mostly focuses on the human condition, raising awareness and giving people a platform to tell their side of the story and their truths.
