Sam Coffey is a British-Irish editor with credits in feature film and broadcast television.
He recently edited the two-part docuseries The Guilty Innocent with Christopher Eccleston for Sky History and The People’s Way (2024), an independent feature that premiered at DOC NYC.
He is currently editing a new docuseries for Sky History, due for TX in Autumn 2025.
His first short, Centred (2022), which he also directed, won Best Documentary at the British Short Film Awards. His second short, A Story Left Behind (2025), is a recipient of the Doc Society Made of Truth fund and in post-production.
