Long-time multimedia artist and curator, I turned to documentary in 2013, borne of my passion to document both everyday life and extraordinary events. Apart from working on my own film projects and making my living as a cinematographer, I’m an explorer by nature and always have my camera with me, so I have amassed a massive archive of unique footage from all around the world. My style is mostly handheld-observational, for which I have honed my skills and equipment – this can be both outsiderish or intimate depending on the situation. I’m also creative with sound recording as I believe there’s so much of storytelling potential in it apart from what is being said.
